Philly.com reports that the Federal judge in the webcamgate scandal has finally allowed the FBI to access the over 56,000 images taken surreptitiously in children’s homes. That’s progress. I’ll be more impressed when either the FBI or the plaintiff’s lawyer in the civil rights lawsuit get access to the servers that held the images. The law firm hired by LMSD to defend them in the lawsuit “discovered” and offered up these images. The only way to find out if there are more images, and more objectionable images, is for a REALLY independent group life the FBI or even an opposing legal team to analyze the LMSD servers.
